Pissing off our own kind.
How do you get the attention of jaded people? Why, make fun of them in front of all their peers, of course. We were asked by the local chapter of the American Advertising Federation to help them raise awareness about their organization — an assorted mixture of arguably deluded creative people, people in suits, and the folks who herd them.
As part of this initiative — which we spearheaded, conceived, and wrote — we wanted to involve other agencies (and for the record, agencies typically don’t want to [to wit, refuse to] work with other agencies). Notwithstanding, we managed to tease some amazing artwork and design out of them to produce the following posters, which we incorporated into an email campaign.
