There are a lot of different kinds of brands, but obviously one of the most difficult to deal with is one that has to do with death. End-of-life care is a subject few agencies can handle properly: They either avoid reality completely by over-decorating in order not to communicate or they talk about living life to the fullest until the inevitable unspoken end. Few contextualize the time in terms of something richer than mitigating pain.
Hosparus Health is a rapidly growing end-of-life care provider, but the company’s name, coupled with society’s discomfort about what happens after someone’s diagnosed with a terminal condition, put them in a challenging communication space. The site we built, along with a TV, outdoor, and a print campaign, has repositioned them as a qualified friend helping to share meaningful memories.
