We do a lot of work in the financial sector but it’s usually for regional banks or local financial firms — we’d never actually done anything in between. Until Park Community called, looking to help them better position as a big-but-personal-deep-but-focussed-muscular-but-agile business partner.
They’d been around a few decades and they were the biggest, best-known credit union in the area, but their brand had been influenced by calls-to-action, offers, rates, and a whole bunch of “money-based” positioning — as opposed to an identity that clearly presented them as a personable partner with deep local roots and a willingness to help folk manage their lives better. Using existing assets, we freshened them up with an identity designed to appeal to a younger community looking forwards to the future.
