Sellus Wilder For U.S. Senate

It was late in the game — far too late, honestly, to change the outcome — but when candidate for U.S. Senate, Sellus Wilder, approached us in 2016 about running against incumbent Rand Paul (a man for whom we do not have a lot of warmth nor appreciation) we jumped at the chance. This wasn’t just a righteous cause, we were going to take down the Man with brilliant creative work and relentless messaging.

With no time and a slim budget, we quickly decided the best bet was to go bold and go long. We created a poster series for the last fundraising event, as well as a really broad range of creative messages that we ran relentlessly on social media for the last couple of weeks of the campaign. Sad to relate, and despite moving the needle several points, Wilder got thoroughly battered and came in a distant third.

It seems like our state is starting to lose its way when it comes to the core political beliefs that used to bind us together. If you think our leaders might have lost sight of these values, it’s up to you to do something about it.
